Launch of Enhancing Organizational Performance by Charles Lusthaus, Marie- Hélène Adrien, Gary Anderson and Fred Carden in Kosovo

On Wednesday October 19, 2005 at the National Library in Pristina, KEDP and the ADEA publishing house launched the book Enhancing Organizational Performance, written by Canadian experts in this field Charles Lusthaus, Marie-Helene Adrien, Gary Anderson and Fred Carden.

The message of this book is that successful organizations are those organizations where all the members continuously learn, reflect on their work, and use this reflection process to improve the performance of their organization. In this regard, this book is a set of tools for self-evaluation; tools that can easily be adopted the local context and its specifics. Therefore, this book is aimed to serve the needs of all the managers who wish to lead an organization that has high expectations and aims for success. It is also a tool for professionals involved in or interested in organizational development.

This book has been translated and published in cooperation with the International Centre for Research and Development (IDRC), the Kosovo Educator Development Project (KEDP), and the ADEA publishing house. The translation was funded by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).
